4.1 Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Hunters Hive, a B2B SaaS platform that facilitates the connection between companies seeking talent and headhunters or independent professionals who can provide anonymised talent profiles or databases.
4.2 Platform users
The platform is aimed mainly at companies, authorised professional users, independent headhunters or professional collaborators. It is not intended for personal, domestic use or for purposes unrelated to professional recruitment, talent or human resources activities.
4.3 General operation
Companies may explore anonymised or pseudonymised information, perform searches, identify potential matches and request contact with the responsible headhunter or the progression towards a document exchange. Access to identification data, CVs or direct contact may require email validation, contract signature, a confidentiality agreement or acceptance of specific conditions.
Headhunters may apply to join the network, provide professional information and, if accepted, operate under the contractual and quality conditions defined by Hunters Hive.
4.4 Subscription, payments and billing
Access to certain functionalities may be subject to an annual subscription, fees, service payments, commissions, commercial conditions, quotations or specific contracts. The economic conditions, payment method, frequency, applicable taxes and billing will be indicated in the commercial proposal, contract, accepted quotation or contracting flow enabled at any given time.
4.5 Contracts and access to CVs
Before receiving a CV, accessing identifying information or formalising an advanced contact request, the company may have to sign a contract, confidentiality agreement, service conditions or another equivalent document. Formalisation may take place by electronic signature or through a specialised provider when that functionality is enabled.
4.6 Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for legitimate professional purposes.
- Do not attempt to identify, extract, copy, sell or reuse anonymised information outside the authorised process.
- Do not carry out scraping, attacks, abusive automation, reverse engineering or unauthorised access.
- Do not introduce discriminatory, unlawful, offensive searches or searches contrary to employment, equality or data protection regulations.
- Do not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading purposes or purposes contrary to good faith.
4.7 Artificial intelligence and results
The platform may use artificial intelligence to interpret searches, organise data, generate supporting texts, summarise information and facilitate matches. These results are indicative and do not replace human review or the professional hiring decision.
Hunters Hive does not guarantee that a search will result in a hire, or that all suggested profiles will fully match a specific need. Final validation lies with the parties involved.
4.8 Confidentiality
Users must treat information obtained through the platform confidentially and use it exclusively for the authorised professional purpose. Any unauthorised disclosure, transfer or reuse may lead to suspension of access, claims or contractual liabilities.
4.9 Suspension or limitation of the service
Hunters Hive may limit, suspend or cancel access where it detects misuse, breach of these terms, security risk, non-payment, fraudulent use or any conduct that compromises the platform, the data or third-party rights.
4.10 Applicable law
These terms shall be governed by the applicable Spanish and European legislation, without prejudice to the specific conditions that may be agreed in B2B contracts, commercial proposals or particular agreements.
